The perfect way to start a business relationship How do I make a booking for an act I have seen? ​Your booking begins with performer availability and budget. many acts diaries are run by CHOICE LIVE so we may be able to answer straight away for you. We will check their availability for you. If the particular act is not available for any reason we may be able to recommend or suggest an alternative for you. If the performer you have chosen matches your budgetary expectations then we will confirm your booking an issue confirmation contracts to all parties ​What are the payment options? ​The full fee is payable at the start of your event in cash to the artist. If required you can be invoiced and pay CHOICE LIVE directly by BACS in advance of your event should you not wish to pay in cash on the day however this will be subject to VAT Some events will require a deposit to secure services but this will be discussed at the time if applicable ​How long does the act perform for? You may have a specific time frame that you wish for the performer to sing for, generally speaking an artist will perform 2 sets of approx. 45-60 mins as part of an evening performance. Between performances, artists will play suitable music for your event to keep the atmosphere flowing throughout. Times can be adjusted or extended to fit the requirements of your event, just tell us what you need and we will make the necessary changes ​Does the act take requests? YES! Absolutely ​How much space does the act need to perform? Approx 3m square, if a stage is available at your chosen venue this would be ideal however not essential How far in advance should I contact you? The further in advance you book the higher the chance of you securing exactly what you need, there is nothing to be gained by waiting. If you need last minute entertainment, we pride ourselves at CHOICE LIVE that we can always find top quality entertainment at short notice. ​How much time does an act need to set up? Set up time varies depending on venue access and location however generally speaking standard set up is around 60-70 mins including sound check. If needed, would an act stay on and perform longer? ​Timing / changes arrangements can be discussed. If the discussion is not held ahead of time, and our entertainment has a prior booking, we cannot guarantee that they will stay outside the stated hours, however in most instances this is not the case and acts are happy to play over time. Extended playing times are normally paid at a pro rata rate of the original performance fee. Do you provide posters for our business to promote events? Absolutely, we provide A3 or A4 posters to every booking made with our company.
